Competition Rules<\/h3>\n

Necessary conditions to sign up for the GPeC Competition 2021<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. GPeC Competition is made exclusively for online shops. Presentation websites that do not offer the possibility of ordering online will not be admitted.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Online start-ups (newly launched) can participate in the GPeC Competition, but they will receive the TRUSTED.ro Trust Mark after 6 months of activity in the market (see point 4 for details).<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Online shops must fully meet the <\/span>pre-selection criteria<\/span><\/a> (most of them are obligations according to the legislation in force). The GPeC Staff will audit each online shop and will release a report in which the identified problems are listed, as well as recommendations for solutioning them. Don\u2019t worry if, at the moment of signing up, you do not comply with all of them - we will advise you and help you become eligible for the GPeC Competition.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Once they are accepted in the Competition, online shops receive the <\/span>TRUSTED.ro Trust Mark<\/span><\/a> and the possibility to implement the <\/span>Trusted Reviews Feedback System<\/span><\/a> from Trusted.ro - both free for 12 months. Online shops active for less than 6 months at the moment of registration will receive the TRUSTED.ro mark after reaching 6 months of activity, but they are accepted in the GPeC competition and benefit from the GPeC evaluations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. From the moment they sign up for the Competition, online shops will be tested for the proper functioning of the online order flux. We will place detailed test orders (stating clearly that those are orders made by the GPeC Staff to verify the full Checkout process).<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Aside from the test orders made at the moment of signing up, which mustn\u2019t be processed by the online shops, the GPeC Jury will place 1 Mystery Shopping order during the course of the Competition (April - November 2021). This order is not distinctively marked, therefore it must be delivered in order to take notes on the response time and service quality of the online shops in the Competition. The order will be returned on delivery and the transport costs will be the responsibility of the shops.*<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. All the online shops signed up for the 2021 GPeC Competition will pass through 2 (two) <\/span>evaluation stages<\/span><\/a> according to the <\/span>evaluation criteria<\/span><\/a> and will individually receive confidential evaluation reports \/ Benchmarks.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Online shops signed up for the 2021 GPeC Competition have the possibility to <\/span>discuss the two evaluation reports with members of the Jury<\/span><\/a> during the Mentorship sessions to get insights about the scores they were granted and to receive recommendations about how to optimize their website to increase conversion rates.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Signing up for the 2021 GPeC Competition requires the payment of a registration fee worth at least 399\u20ac + taxes. <\/span>See all the benefits<\/span><\/a> and sign up offers and enter the Competition for the good of your business!<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. The deadline for signing up to the GPeC Competition is 31 May 2021, 11:59 PM.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. We reserve the right to accept into the Competition only the online shops which agree with and accept the GPeC 2021 standards, starting with the Competition Rules, evaluation and pre-selection criteria, to the format of the event as a whole.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *The GPeC experts are instructed to place orders at reasonable prices that appear to be in the online shop\u2019s supply, in order to not create difficulties for the sellers signed up for the GPeC Competition. There will be exceptions for the online shops that sell services or perishable goods, travel agencies etc. - there will not be any mystery shopping orders placed, but the online checkout flow will be verified.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
